Extra Curricular

We offer a range of extra-curricular activities that allow pupils to explore their interests and develop new skills. Pupils have opportunities to take part in activities such as quizzes, chess and debating, encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and general knowledge. 

Music also plays an important role in Urbleshanny’s school life and culture, with both the school choir and school band giving pupils the chance to develop their musical talents, perform together, and build confidence.

As well as academic offerings, we also organise local trips and walks, providing opportunities for pupils to learn outside of the classroom and explore their surroundings. These activities aim to enhance pupils' social skills, self-confidence, and overall well-being.

The ASPIRE project is also an exciting opportunity for senior pupils to engage in collaborative learning activities with pupils from St. Mary’s BNS and St. Louis GNS.
